Jamie founded Charman Buyers Agency with one goal: to help people buy well in Brisbane with honesty, clarity, and care. After a professional football career with the Brisbane Lions, including a 2003 AFL Premiership win - Jamie transitioned into property, building a strong foundation in luxury development, residential sales, and commercial acquisitions.
What sets him apart is not just his market knowledge, but his integrity. Jamie knows Brisbane inside out - every street, every shift in the market, and combines that insight with genuine connection. He believes buying should be smooth and exciting, not stressful or overwhelming. Clients trust him because he’s calm under pressure, strategic in negotiations, and deeply committed to achieving their goals.
